building better business relationships - structure | To reinforce the links between business face to face and on the Internet, IN8 Networking areas are strongly linked to the local Village Websmith franchise. It makes sound business sense to combine the two biggest sources of customers available in this way. The franchisee will be there to: - Support chapter leadership teams through regular attendance
- Organise training and development events within their area
- Promote membership through assisting with visitor events
- Circulate information on chapter performance
- Manage the IN8 Networking web presence for local chapters
- Help chapter members get the best out of their entry in the IN8 Networking web presence
Chapter structureTo a great degree, chapters will be autonomous, deciding on issues of meeting time and place, membership admissions and local promotions. The management team of volunteers will be changed regularly to keep the fresh approach going and will comprise the following people: - Chapter Chair
- Membership and Growth Manager
- Treasurer
- Publicity and Press Officer
- Social Secretary

building better business relationships - agenda | In order to promote the passing of new business between members, the structured agenda is created to give each the best possible understanding of all members' businesses and USPs. | Chair | Welcome and introduction. Reminder of why we are all here and how businesses can help themselves through networking and membership | | All members | My Minute Marketeer. 60 Seconds to tell your colleagues what is great about you, and who they should be telling. | | Membership Coordinator | Celebration of top performers. Who passed most business, who stimulated most membership applications. Chapter statistics. Includes analysis of face to face referrals and all e-ferrals passed via the chapter forum. | | Volunteer Member | The Weekly Wizard Wheeze. Each week, a volunteer member shares their best idea of the week before. This may be a particular sales or marketing technique, a way to get more referrals or to get a better impact with the various presentations that members make. Anything goes as long as it is a good idea that can help other members get more business. | | Treasurer | The state of the chapter's finances and open discussion of plans to use these to the greater good. | | Featured member | Showcase presentation. The meeting should last no longer than 90 minutes and send people off to the next phase of their working day with a spring in their step and a smile on their face, ready to do business for themselves and their fellow members. | |
